How Can I Track My Order?
Soon after you order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that your merchandise is on the way. A tracking link is provided in the email, along with the expected delivery date.
Tracking an order status is also available directly on the website. Login and go to the “My Account” overview page, click on the purchase summary to find the tracking link to check the delivery status of your order directly with the freight carrier.
We will also be happy to track your order for you – it’s as easy as sending an email or contacting your sales account executive.
