Return Policy

1. Return Request Deadline

  • All returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of the items. Requests made after this timeframe will not be processed.

2. Damaged Items

  • High-Value Items: Any damaged items must be returned for credit to be issued. This includes but is not limited to gaming consoles and electronics. No exceptions will be made.
  • All other items: Any damaged items exceeding a predetermined value threshold must be returned for credit to be issued.
  • Partial Units: Partial units will only be accepted for return if the damage occurred during transit.

3. Kits and Bundled Items

  • Customers may not order multiple kits with the intent to keep one style and return unwanted styles. Such returns will not be allowed.

4. Incorrect or Mis-Shipped Items

  • BMI Error: If the incorrect items or quantities are shipped due to an error by BMI, returns will be permitted, provided the claim is validated.
  • Customer Error: Incorrect orders, accidental orders, or mis-shipped items resulting from customer error will incur a 15% restocking fee.

5. Return Window

  • Once a return request is approved and a call tag is issued, customers must return items within 30 days of receiving the call tag. Items not returned within this timeframe will result in the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) being reviewed and voided.
