I received damaged merchandise, now what?
Sometimes boxes get damaged during shipment – it happens and we’re here to help. First, if there is severe damage to the carton(s), it’s best not to sign for the shipment and refuse the shipment. If the order has been received and item(s) is damaged, please contact us right away so we can get the situation resolved.
